These terms govern your use of Currency News Source ("CNS"), operated by Aura Group. By using the site or subscribing to CNS Pro, you agree to them.
CNS is an educational financial news and data service. It explains what moved currencies, metals, oil and crypto, and why, in plain English. Everything on CNS is for information and education only.
Nothing on CNS is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. CNS does not tell you what to trade. We publish measured levels and context; the decisions are yours. Trading and investing carry risk, including the loss of money you put in. Before acting on anything, consider your own circumstances and, where appropriate, consult a licensed professional.
We work to be accurate and to measure rather than guess, but we do not warrant that everything on CNS is complete, current or error free. Market data may be delayed. Use CNS at your own risk.
CNS Pro is a paid subscription billed through PayPal, monthly or annually, at the price shown on the subscribe page when you join. Some plans begin with a 7 day free trial, limited to one per person. Your access continues while your subscription is active. Billing, cancellation and refunds are covered in our Refunds and Cancellation policy.
Your login is for you. Please do not share your account or redistribute members-only content.
CNS Core is the paid lesson library of The Currency Classroom, from Series B to J. It is sold separately from CNS Pro as a single payment through PayPal for lifetime access to Series B to J, including each of those series as it is released. "Lifetime" means for as long as Currency News Source operates the lesson library; if it ever closes, we will give members at least 60 days' notice. Core lessons are read online while signed in with the email used to pay. Access is for your own personal use: please do not copy, record, share or republish the lessons. Billing and refunds are covered in our Refunds and Cancellation policy.
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been used without your permission.
The writing, analysis, lessons and design on CNS belong to Aura Group and its contributors. You may read and share links freely. You may not republish members-only content or pass it off as your own.
You can cancel any time. We may suspend or end access for misuse, non-payment, or breach of these terms.
To the extent the law allows, CNS and Aura Group are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or from decisions you make based on it. CNS is provided on an "as is" basis.
