This page explains how CNS Pro billing, cancellation and refunds work, how CNS Core is billed and refunded, and how refunds work for guides bought from the Library. All are paid through PayPal.
CNS Pro is a recurring subscription. You are charged the price shown when you join, monthly or annually, and it renews automatically until you cancel. The amount and the renewal date are shown in your PayPal account.
You can cancel any time, two ways. Sign in to the members area and use Manage subscription, or email support@currencynewssource.com and we will cancel it for you. When you cancel, future charges stop and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
When you join on a plan that includes a 7 day free trial, nothing is charged for the first 7 days. We email you about two days before the trial ends. Cancel inside the trial and you pay nothing, and you keep access until the 7 days are up. If you do not cancel, PayPal charges the plan price when the trial ends and the membership renews from there. One free trial per person.
The free trial is how you try CNS Pro before paying, so a charge after a trial ends is not refunded as standard. If you joined on a plan without a free trial, email support@currencynewssource.com within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full.
In every case, cancelling stops future charges and you keep access until the period you paid for ends. If something went wrong, such as a charge you did not expect or a problem with your access, write to us anyway and we will do the right thing.
Guides and tools from the Library are one-time purchases, with no subscription and nothing to cancel. Because a guide is a download you keep the moment you buy it, the refund window is 7 days. If a guide is not what you expected, email support@currencynewssource.com within 7 days of buying it and we will refund you in full.
CNS Core, the lesson library, is sold separately from CNS Pro. It is a single payment of $197 for lifetime access to Series B to J, including each of those series as it is released. There is no subscription and nothing to cancel.
Refunds. Email support@currencynewssource.com within 7 days of buying and we will refund you in full, as long as you have opened 3 lessons or fewer. Every lesson is available in full from the first day, which is why the limit exists. A refund ends your CNS Core access.
If something has gone wrong, for example you were charged twice or could not get in, tell us and we will do the right thing.
Refunds are issued through PayPal to the original payment method. They usually appear within a few business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
